By entering into Marlins Wildlife Safari (MWS) we may photograph, videotaped, or film you while you are on the premises of MWS. We (MWS) may use any of these photographs/ recordings for any media and/or publications that MWS publishes or contracts this includes but is not limited to websites, social media, brochures, coupons, newspapers, television, etc.
MWS will not include private information of individuals and children without written approval from the subject, parent, or legal guardian.
If a person attending MWS does not wish to have their image recorded for any distribution should should make their wishes known to the photographer, or send us an email at safari@marlinsinc.org with your intentions, also include a photograph. This photograph will only be uses for identification purposes only and MWS will hold it in confidence.
